Bidding and Auction Rules

1. All Bidders must sign up and be approved to be eligible to bid

2. All Bids are deemed final and constitute intent to purchase the item if the bidder wins the item(s)

3. The Auctioneer reserves the right to cancel bids and remove items at their discretion

4. All items are AS IS, WHERE IS, there is NO WARRANTIES , NO GUARANTEES on any items listed in the auction except where noted

5. ALL SALES ARE FINAL, NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES will be accepted

6. All auction items will have a buyers premium (15%) and applicable taxes (GST/PST) added to the item final auction end price.

7. Shipping costs is NOT INCLUDED and will be added in if required.

8. Invoices will be issued within 24 hours of Auction ending.

Payments

1. Payments must be made within 48 hours of the end of the auction unless prior arrangements have been made.

    Any items NOT PAID IN FULL will be deemed abandoned and the Auctioneer reserves the right to relist item(s).

2. We accept the following forms of payment: Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX), Paypal, E-transfer, and Wire Transfers

    Cash and Debit for LOCAL PICK-UPS ONLY

3. Bidders who have repeated NON PAYMENT will be BANNED from bidding in future auctions.

Local Pick-ups and Shipping

1. Local Pick-ups are by appointment only, please contact us after auctions end to make arrangements.

2. We offer shipping via Canada Post for Canada and International and USPS for United States. Courier shipping is available if requested.

3. All items will be shipped with tracking and basic insurance.  Additional insurance can be added at additional costs.
